Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Wanity.ai platform and website, operated by Omnity Digital Private Limited (“Wanity”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. The service

Wanity provides customer engagement software built on the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. Use of WhatsApp messaging through Wanity is additionally subject to the WhatsApp Business Terms of Service and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You may only message end customers who have provided prior opt-in consent, and you must honor opt-out requests promptly.

You may not use the service for spam, unsolicited messaging, or any content prohibited by the WhatsApp Commerce and Business Messaging Policies, or by applicable law (including India's TRAI regulations where applicable).

Violations may result in suspension of your account and of your WhatsApp Business account by Meta.

4. Fees

Platform subscription fees are billed per your selected plan. WhatsApp conversation charges are set by Meta and passed through at cost. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to your data. You grant Wanity a limited license to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact the customers you message through the platform.

6. AI features

AI-generated responses are produced from the knowledge sources you configure. You are responsible for reviewing AI agent configuration and remain responsible for messages sent from your account, including automated ones.

7. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanity's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted.
